I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The rooms offered a superb view of the Dewan Undangan Negeri and the golden bridge, and they were incredibly comfortable. However, there was a pungent urine smell in the couch of room 616 which was off-putting. The service had some issues with my payment using my debit card, but they did inform me promptly when the room was ready around 1.30 pm. The location couldn't have been better, right next to China Town/Old Town and within walking distance of major attractions. The dining experience was decent, although some dishes were not up to par. Overall, a good value for money stay.
I had a delightful stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and beautiful, although I wish I had a city view. The complete amenities made my stay comfortable, and being located in the same side of the building was convenient.
The hotel provided a nice and clean room with a lovely view, though it seemed a bit small for a club room. Unfortunately, my room wasn't ready when I arrived at 5:05 pm, and there were no hand and face towels provided.
