amazing stay
polite staff central location attached mall awesome food
i found the staff polite and helpful throughout my stay. i could easily walk around town because the location is central. i appreciated the attached shopping mall anchored by a department store, it had everything i needed under one roof. the coffee house served awesome food so i could enjoy various dishes.

spacious room river view helpful staff late pool bar noisy children unhygienic pool
the room was spacious and clean i noticed the river view was lovely. the hotel is connected to a shopping mall so it's convenient. the staff were friendly and helpful here.
the pool bar was not open until late afternoon i felt it was poor for a tourist hotel. there was no control over noisy children in the pool it was difficult to relax. i noticed some people spitting in the pool which was unhygienic.

pool bar uncontrolled children
the pool bar's hours were a joke it opened at 4 pm. dealing with uncontrolled kids in the pool ruined swimming for everyone. what's worse i saw someone spitting in the water that was too much
